This is a work order for a QC of installation. Arrive at location during pre-scheduled appointment. Using attached QC form, perform QC of installation. Collect three (3) pictures of install (1-dish and mount location, 2-outside cabling, 3-ground block and bonding location). If customer is home, have customer sign-off on work order.

Route a line from an existing receiver to a second TV location, using up to 125 Ft of coaxial cable. For a single tuner receiver, a 2-way splitter must be inserted from the output port of the tuner, feeding both TVs. For a dual tuner receiver, route a line from the second tuner output to the second TV location.
