Clean up includes any other debris caused by the installation. Program non-learning remote control device(s) (1 or more as required) for the newly connected Flat Panel and A/V components. Call the customer one day prior to appointment date to confirm equipment is on-site and arrival time. After arriving at customers home within the appointment window (2 hours), review the shock and tilt sensors on the box, and note indication of tilting or shock on the work order. After unpacking TV, making sure box is not damaged, utilize a two-man crew to install the Flat Panel TV. Secure the mounting bracket (customer supplied) to a standard wall frame or masonry wall.
