This work order is for the installation of voice-data telephone jack. Run up to 100ft of Cat-5 cable exposed from telco interface to a RJ-45c jack or RJ11 jack, customers preference (cable and jack included in this price). Cat 5 cable makes jack multi-functional for transmitting voice and data. Provide instruction to familiarize the customer with the basic use. Sign and date customers receipt.

All sales are final. Terms and conditions are set hence forth. All labor comes with a 1 year limited warranty. Items not covered by warranty included, customer actions, acts of god, and or building failures i.e electrical failure, water damage, etc. Warranty calls are to be scheduled with GewitterInstalls offices, and customer will incur no additional charges in regards to warranty issues. All retail sales come with a 90 day limited warranty. Reasons for items not being covered by warranty included customers actions, acts of god, and or housing failure, i.e electrical failure, water damage, etc.
