This is a separate trip to perform an in-home Home Theater Consultation. Installer will conduct a pre-installation phone survey to determine the actual work to be performed. Upon arrival at customers home the installer will conduct a site survey and provide up to 1 hour of labor to obtain an in-depth understanding of how the customer would envision the HT system. Installer will perform a walk-thru with customer to determine feasibility of all areas of installation. Installer will discuss item that can or cannot be accomplished as well as describing difficult or questionable areas.

All sales are final. Terms and conditions are set hence forth. All labor comes with a 1 year limited warranty. Items not covered by warranty included, customer actions, acts of god, and or building failures i.e electrical failure, water damage, etc. Warranty calls are to be scheduled with GewitterInstalls offices, and customer will incur no additional charges in regards to warranty issues. All retail sales come with a 90 day limited warranty. Reasons for items not being covered by warranty included customers actions, acts of god, and or housing failure, i.e electrical failure, water damage, etc.
