DBS Job (Quality Control)

This is a work order for a QC of installation. Arrive at location during pre-scheduled appointment. Using attached QC form, perform QC of installation. Collect three (3) pictures of install (1-dish and mount location, 2-outside cabling, 3-ground block and bonding location). If customer is home, have customer sign-off on work order.

 

All sales are final. Terms and conditions are set hence forth. All labor comes with a 1 year limited warranty. Items not covered by warranty included, customer actions, acts of god, and or building failures i.e electrical failure, water damage, etc. Warranty calls are to be scheduled with GewitterInstalls offices, and customer will incur no additional charges in regards to warranty issues. All retail sales come with a 90 day limited warranty. Reasons for items not being covered by warranty included customers actions, acts of god, and or housing failure, i.e electrical failure, water damage, etc.
