Utilize a 2-man crew to arrive at the prescheduled appointment. A Flat Panel TV will be delivered directly to customer. Call the customer one day prior to appointment date to confirm equipment is on-site and arrival time. After arriving at customers location within the appointment window (2 hours), review the shock and tilt sensors on the box, and note indication of tilting or shock on the work order. Verify receipt and good condition of all boxes and components necessary to complete installation service. After unpacking TV, making sure box is not damaged, utilize a two-man crew to install the Flat Panel TV. Connect and configure any new or existing video and/or audio components provided by the customer in the same room. Video or audio components include: PC, Server, TV, VCR, DVD, DVR, Internet TV, Video Game Unit, Audio Receiver, Amplifier, CD Player, CD Recorder, Audio Tape Deck, Mini-Disk Player, existing Home Theater, or largely equivalent, Speaker System (up to 5 speakers), and/or Home Theater in a box. Components that will not be connected include monitors, printers, scanners, telephones, fax machines, or wireless routers. Technicians will not install satellites or run satellite video feed from satellites to the room. Placing speakers on a mutually agreed upon location between provider and customer such as a shelf or the floor. Does not include mounting speakers on wall or brackets. Neatly connecting and grouping all wires and cables. Does not include hiding wires or drilling holes. Connect the television to a pre-existing AC power supply using neat wire management. Connect audio and/or video inputs and outputs to television. Conceal power cables using paint-able track molding and neat wire management system. Service does not include painting the track molding. Program up to two (2) non-learning remote control devices to operate connected components. Remote control devices not included. Attachment of any standard customer supplied security device (e.g. chain, lock etc). Program up to two (2) non-learning remote control devices to operate connected components. An educational demonstration of the Flat Panel TV and audio/video system, up to twenty (20) minutes. Remove all trash and boxes from the area and ensure the area is left in a neat/clean condition. Obtain customer satisfaction sign-off on work order and customer acceptance form.

All sales are final. Terms and conditions are set hence forth. All labor comes with a 1 year limited warranty. Items not covered by warranty included, customer actions, acts of god, and or building failures i.e electrical failure, water damage, etc. Warranty calls are to be scheduled with GewitterInstalls offices, and customer will incur no additional charges in regards to warranty issues. All retail sales come with a 90 day limited warranty. Reasons for items not being covered by warranty included customers actions, acts of god, and or housing failure, i.e electrical failure, water damage, etc.
