Installer Guidelines

GewitterInstalls

 

GewitterInstalls will be taking weekly account of jobs proccessed by GewitterInstalls Contractors and if a 90% completion rate is not achieved than a 10 business day work suspension will follow. This of course does not include jobs that were rescheduled do to additional materials needed, reschedule do to customer convienence, and or scheduling conflicts do to GewitterInstalls or Store contracts.

 

All scheduled jobs (customers) will be called in morning for notice of arrival prior to leaving the office.

 

All canceled/rescheduled jobs must written out on GewitterInstalls work order in full detail and signed by customer.

 

Any canceled job because of out of scope issues will be written up on GewitterInstalls work order and description of job as well as resolution and extra charges to finish jobsite.

 

All invoices must be filled out completely and all signature sign offs.

 

Copy of invoice and 3 cards should be left with every customer finished or not.

 

All cancellations or reschedules should be called into GewitterInstalls ( 714-379-0088 office, 714-943-7269 James, 714-337-4159 Andy ) before leaving jobsite.

 

If Customers is not home then a full home description should be filled out on invoice and copy and card should be placed on front entry way. ( Bring copy back to office )

 

GewitterInstalls requires a 90% efficiency rating by our contractors or work will be stopped or put on hold until a resolution to these problems can be found.

 

If any job is canceled or rescheduled or not fully completed in any way than installer must note invoice and exhaust all or any possibilities to complete said job.

 

All out of scope jobs will be called into GewitterInstalls prior to leaving jobsite, and installer must quote extra charges before calling into office.

 

Scopes can be changed from on-site location by calling into GewitterInstalls ( James Almquist will contact contractor directly. )

 

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE INSTALLERS ALLOWED TO TELL THE CUSTOMER TO TAKE BACK INSTALLATION TO STORE AND GO DIRECTLY THROUGH GEWITTERINSTALLS CONTRACTORS FOR SERVICE. WE TAKE PRIDE IN OUR RELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR CONTRACTORS AND THE HONESTY BETWEEN GEWITTERINSTALLS THE CONTRACTOR, AND THE CUSTOMER.
